Field Representative

Based in Storrs, CT

 

The University of Connecticut Professional Employees Association has an immediate opening for a full-time Field Representative in Storrs, CT.

Under the general direction of the Executive Director, Field Representatives are responsible for handling member issues, grievances, job reclassifications, and conducting data analysis. A master’s degree in labor studies and union experience is preferred. Candidates with union experience are encouraged to apply.

Salary is commensurate with experience; benefits include generous vacation and sick leave provisions, paid holidays, 401k, and employer-paid medical and dental coverage.
